- 5 year previously told us that his dad was on the naughty list was giving a reason why, "Sometimes my dad tells us to go to sleep at night in a monster voice."

- Different 5 year old, in response to my teaching companion saying she had made homemade marshmallows for her family party, "I made some of that for my grandchildren!"

"... You have grandchildren?"

"Yes. Natalie and (some boy name... Don't remember). They loved it."

- Same 5 year old saying the closing prayer, " thank you for this day. And, and thank you for this day. And thank you for this beautiful day. Aaaaannnnnd, thank you for this day. And thank you for this good day."
