I watched the reboot, Gilmore girls: A Year in the Life, immediately when it came out.
I have loved these girls for years. We go way back. I didn't watch the first few seasons on tv, but had seen them all at least a few times before they finished the series. And before all the Netflix binge-ing fans. And before Netflix existed. (jk, Netflix was born in 1997, WHATTT?! But started streaming in 2007. Definitely before then)
I. LOVE. These. Girls.
That being said, while watching the 'additional season', (actually, the second time I watched it. The first time I just enjoyed) I took notes on what I liked, what was weird, and what I could have lived without.
Shall we?
You can tell that they aren't writing for a network anymore. I dig it. Most of the time.
