Fried Rice with Cilantro

Ingredients:
4 Tb Vegetable oil
5 Cloves Garlic, finely chopped (I used 2)
2 Green Chilies, diced (I used a can of diced green chilis)
2 Cups cubed boneless, skinless chicken breast meat
2 Cups cooked Jasmine Rice, chilled (I used the rice I have.... right after it was finished cooking)
1 Tb White Sugar
1 Tb Soy Sauce
2 teaspoons Chopped Green Onion
2 Tb Chopped Fresh Basil Leaves (I just used some from my cupboard)
5 Tb Chopped Fresh Cilantro

Directions:
Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet, over medium-heat. Fry the garlic until golden, then add the chilies and chicken meat, and stir-fry until cooked through.
When the chicken is cooked, add the rice, sugar, and soy sauce. Cook over medium heat, stirring gently. When the mixture is well blended, stir in the green onions, basil, and cilantro. Cook for 1 more minute, then serve hot.

Its pretty good, seems to be missing something though. Best part, Matthew said he'd eat it again!!
