Every time I have to boil eggs (at most twice a year) I have to google how to boil eggs.
Like this week for Easter eggs.
And the worst part? I don't know yet if the eggs I made this week are all the way boiled. They may be soft boiled. How this happened? We may never know.
But, we dyed eggs!
And E. Bunny came to visit.
But best of all, HE IS RISEN!
Rich boils eggs all the time and has some magical power because they turn out great. I have the same issue you do. Having chef salad for dinner and need a couple of eggs...they might be soft inside. The struggle is real! Happy Easter! See you soon!
